I decided to create an avatar second life. The reason why is I had no idea of the existence of these avatars, before this class. It has been a very exciting assignment. Although, it may not be the coolest avatar, It was a challenge to me.
It's pretty awesome that you found an environment that's close to what you like to do (looks like dancing to me). I think your avatar looks way better than what I have! Did you run into problems creating your avatar? I made adjustments to my avatar and it would not update until I keep doing it.
Thanks Jameson! It took me few hours to create my avatar because i did have some problems to set it up and then to create the environment. After it was created, I found the option to make the avatar to do some activities such as dancing, exercising among others.
I was not able to see your avatar-my computer had some problems- but I am sure is awesome.
I like this creativity assignment you did! I never thought of actually creating an avatar in Second Life even though my term project was based on Virtual Worlds. I think my Wii Avatar is enough for me to handle :) haha but I like that you took the time to do this, it came out really nice!
